magenta.LAB operates this site. This notice covers the only place the site collects anything about you: the contact form. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracker on any page.
What is collected
When you submit the contact form, five fields are collected: your name, your email address, your message, the subject you selected, and the project you selected. Nothing else is recorded. The form is the only collection point on the site.
The hosting provider writes standard server request logs, which include an IP address. These are used to rate-limit the form against automated submissions and for nothing else.
Why it is collected
To read your message and reply to it. Your information is never used for marketing, never sold, and never shared with a third party for their own purposes.
How long it is kept
Contact messages are kept for one year from the date they are received, then destroyed. If a conversation turns into an ongoing collaboration, the related correspondence is kept for the duration of that work and for one year after it ends.
How it is destroyed
Once the retention period passes, electronic records are deleted permanently by a method that leaves them unrecoverable. Rate-limit records expire automatically one hour after they are written.
Who else handles it
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and contact form mail is delivered by Resend. Both act only as processors carrying out delivery and hosting; neither is permitted to use your information for its own purposes.
Your rights
You may at any time ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw the consent you gave when submitting the form. Write to hello@magenta-lab.com and it will be handled without delay. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything already lawfully done before the withdrawal.
Consent is optional
You may decline to consent. The consequence is simply that the contact form cannot be submitted, because there is no way to reply to a message without a reply address. You are always free to email hello@magenta-lab.com directly instead.
